Recently, YGM launched an innovative product – DH102-12 Fluorescent Yellow Flame Retardant Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl. Designed for heat transfer applications for flame retardant workwear and firefighter clothing, this product combines visibility, fire safety and durability.
Ensure visibility day and night: YGM DH102-12 uses bright fluorescent yellow as the base, and the retroreflective coefficient at night can reach more than 80CPL, allowing the wearer to be quickly identified both during the day and at night.
Excellent flame retardancy: Since YGM Fluorescent Yellow Flame Retardant Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl is designed for flame retardant workwear and firefighter clothing, the flame retardancy requirements are extremely high. YGM DH102-12 has met the stringent requirements of the EN469 standard, ensuring that it can meet the needs of firefighting and other high-risk applications, there is no doubt about it.
Durability: YGM DH102-12 can withstand the rigors of repeated washing and dry cleaning. After testing, DH102-12 can be washed 25 times at 60°C and dry cleaned 25 times without affecting its reflective and flame retardant properties.
How to use: Since fluorescent yellow flame retardant reflective heat transfer vinyl is a heat transfer vinyl, it cannot be sewn directly on clothing like flame retardant tape for clothing. It needs to be hot pressed at 150°C for 15 seconds to complete the transfer.
